  • What is your sizes and I can't find your size charts?

Size Charts: To assist you in selecting the ideal size, we've thoughtfully provided size charts for every product in our store. You can find these size charts within the product images on each product page. Please do note all measurements is in Centimetres. A Friendly Reminder: We want you to feel confident in your order, so we kindly remind you to double-check your size selection before completing your purchase. This small but important note is there to ensure that your order matches your expectations perfectly.   • Why Flat Product Measurements?
    At Alora & Wilson, we believe every body is unique, and finding the perfect fit should reflect that. Our size guides use flat product measurements because this method allows you to measure a similar item you already own at home. This way, you can confidently select the size that suits you best—no guessing involved!
  • Why This Approach is Better
    Flat measurements are precise and consistent, helping you avoid the trial-and-error of traditional sizing. By comparing to an item you already know fits, returns become less likely, and you’ll feel more confident in your choice. With this method, you’re in control of your fit. No more wondering if a size will work—it’s tailored to your unique needs!
  • How Do I Do the Flat Product Measurement Correctly?
    To ensure you choose the perfect size, follow these steps for measuring clothing flat: 1. Choose a Similar Item Select a sports bra, leggings, or similar garment that fits you well. Lay it flat on a hard, smooth surface, ensuring there are no wrinkles or folds. 2. Grab a Measuring Tape Use a flexible measuring tape for accuracy. 3. Measure One Side, Then Multiply by Two Our size chart reflects the full circumference of measurements (e.g., bust, waist, hips). Measure key areas flat and multiply the result by 2 to match our size guide. For example: If the underbust width is 33 cm when measured flat, the full circumference is 66 cm, corresponding to Small/6. (Example only) 4. Measure Key Areas For Sports Bras: Underbust Width: Measure across the bottom band and multiply by 2. Cup Width: Measure the widest part of the chest and multiply by 2. Length: Measure vertically from the top strap seam to the bottom band. (No multiplication needed.) For Leggings: Waist Width: Measure across the waistband and multiply by 2. Hip Width: Measure the widest part, typically 5–7 inches below the waistband, and multiply by 2. Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch seam to the ankle hem. (No multiplication needed.) 5. Compare to Our Size Guide Match your multiplied measurements to the flat product measurements provided in our size guide. For example, a full underbust measurement of 66 cm corresponds to Small/6. 6. Choose with Confidence By comparing to an item you already own, you can avoid unnecessary returns and ensure your new activewear fits perfectly.
  • Are your size charts only in UK sizes?
    Our size charts are displayed primarily in UK sizes for consistency, but we’ve made it easier for you to find your perfect fit! Under each product, you’ll find a "Sizing Information" section that includes a helpful comparison chart. This chart matches UK sizes with their equivalent US and EU sizes, so you can confidently select the size that works best for you. For example: Small: UK 6 | US 2 | EU 34 Medium: UK 8 | US 4 | EU 36 If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help guide you!
  • How do I know if a product is the right fit for me?
    To make choosing the right size even easier, we provide extra details about fit, fabric, and helpful tips in the "Details" and "Model Info + Fit" sections on each product page. These sections include: Fit Recommendations: Whether the product has a skinny fit, compressed feel, or a more relaxed silhouette. Sizing Tips: Guidance on whether to size up or down, especially if you’re between sizes. Bust Friendliness: Notes on whether the item is more suited to big busts or small busts. Fabric Details: Information on fabric stretchiness, breathability, and overall comfort. Compression Levels: To help you decide if the product is ideal for support during high-intensity activities or better for casual wear. For example, a sports bra description might say: "This style is highly compressed, offering excellent support for high-impact workouts. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for added comfort." With this information at your fingertips, you can shop confidently and find the perfect fit for your needs.
  • Do DreamMiles Expire?
    DreamMiles expire after 1 year of inactivity, or no change in your rewards by either addition or redemption.
  • How do I earn DreamMiles?
    You can earn DreamMiles within the 'ways to earn' section of your loyalty panel on the screen. The social media (Like on Facebook, Follow on Instagram, etc) and birthday earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the panel, provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your store's account. We want to make sure you're part of our exciting journey every step of the way. That's why we encourage you to stay connected by subscribing to our newsletters. By doing so, you'll be the first to know about our ongoing efforts to reward you with more DreamMiles and the latest developments in our expanding DreamMiles program.
  • How do I see my VIP tier?
    We don't offer VIP tiers at the moment. We are constantly looking to expand our DreamMiles to our loyal customers, so please stay tuned as we have a lot in store to give back as we grow.
  • How do I redeem my DreamMiles?
    You can spend DreamMiles under the 'ways to redeem' section of your loyalty panel. Here you will find the amount of DreamMiles that are required to claim/get a reward/discount. Please make sure that you are logged into the rewards panel before redeeming your points. Once you have enough available DreamMiles, you can simply select 'Redeem' - again within the panel; click 'Apply code' for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout. Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'. It's worth noting that only one reward is allowed per order. ​
  • How do I apply a previously redeemed reward?
    When you redeem a reward, your DreamMiles are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Your rewards. To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click Your rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately.
  • How do I log in?
    If you open the panel and see a 'Join now' button and a 'Sign in' you must log in with the account log in method. Here's how: Click the 'Join now' if you don't have an account yet, or click 'Sign in' if you already have an account. Once you create an account or sign in, the rewards panel will allow you to access your reward program information.
  • Why isn't my reward / coupon working at checkout?
    Stacking rewards Currently you can only use one coupon at checkout. Using multiple coupons is not permitted. But, you can use a coupon with a gift card at checkout. Using rewards with discounted products Sometimes the way that a store discounts an item can affect coupon use. If the checkout rejects your coupon with a sale item, you will need to reach out to the store's customer support and see if they support reward use with discounted items.
  • How do I earn my birthday DreamMiles?
    You will need to log into Alora & Wilson website to enter your birthday date in the loyalty panel under the 'ways to earn' section. This cannot be added by the store's customer support. Once that's entered, you will be rewarded with points on your next birthday. Note: In case, you enter the wrong date, you can click 'Edit date' again in the panel to enter the correct one. You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.
  • It's my birthday but I'm not seeing my DreamMiles?
    Your birthday will not generate DreamMiles in our system until 30 days after you input it. This is to prevent fraud. As such, you cannot get any DreamMiles for your birthday unless it is 30+ days since you have entered it in the system. If you have input your birthday over 30 days ago and still aren't seeing your DreamMiles, please contact us at the 'Contact Us' page and we would be happy to look into it further.
  • I need more info on the DreamMiles Loyalty rewards program!

  • What is your return policy?
    We don’t offer returns and exchanges at the moment, we are working hard to change this in the future, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us! You can do this by going to the Contact Us Page - Fill in your details, your order number, product name and details, and any other details you may have about your order (within a weeks' time of receiving the product). We will get back to you as quickly as we can.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please go to the Contact Us Page - Fill in your details, your order number, product name and details, and any other details you may have about your order (within a weeks' time of receiving the product). We will get back to you as quickly as we can to get more information and photos of the damaged product. We’ll sort that out for you.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
    At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts which is provided in each of the product images—we have one for every item listed on our store. Before checking out there is a reminder to remind you to please make sure you selected the right size according to the size charts provided in that specific product images / details on the product page. We as Alora & Wilson can not be held responsible for orders when you order the wrong size or colour . We are not liable to refund/replace this order. If this happened by mistake, please get in contact with us immediately after placing the order so we can cancel the item before it is being processed. If the item has been processed we cant change or cancel it.
  • How long until I get my order?

Fulfilment Time: It usually takes 3–7 days to prepare your order for shipment, and the exact time may vary depending on the product you've chosen. Shipping Time: The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on your location and the nearest shipping location. We're constantly working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated Delivery Times: For our valued customers in the USA, you can expect your order in approximately 3–8 business days. If you're located in the United Kingdom or some European countries, your delivery should arrive in about 6–10 business days. For our international customers outside the mentioned regions, the estimated delivery time is around 6–15 business days. It's important to remember that these times are estimates and your order may reach you even sooner. Keep an eye out for a tracking link that will be provided as soon as your order is on its way. We also recommend checking the specific product descriptions as they may contain additional guidelines or shipping details tailored to that product. Please know that we're working diligently to improve our delivery times and expand our services as we grow.   • What is the shipping cost?
    At Alora & Wilson, we're truly grateful for your support and loyalty. As a token of our appreciation, we've made it our mission to ease the shipping costs for you. We understand that many of our items are shipped internationally, so we've taken the initiative to cover 80% of those shipping expenses. For our domestic customers in the UK, we offer a shipping cost of just £2.99 t0 £3.99 per order. And here's the good news: if your order exceeds £100, the shipping is on us – it's free. For our international friends, we have a shipping fee of £6.50 tp £8.50 per order. And here's the good news: if your order exceeds £180, the shipping is on us – it's free. No matter where you are in the world, we've made it more accessible for you to experience the joy of Alora & Wilson. Your dreams are important to us, and we're here to make them a reality.   • Do I pay Tax on my orders?

  • Will I be charged customs for my order?
    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. Our Founder when ordering samples for the products wasn't charged additional Tax Custom Fee's but that doesn't mean it won't happen to you. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Alora & Wilson is not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees your country imposes on retrieving your package.
  • I Entered the wrong address , can I change it?
    Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly orders is placed and processed, we cannot guarantee that we can change anything after an order is placed. That being said, please go to the Contact Us Page - Fill in your details, your order number, the product details and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as quickly as we can. Please note, you can also keep your address up to date in your members area profile and change the address there if necessary. Alora & Wilson cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
  • I ordered the wrong item, size, or duplicates. Can I alter my order?
    Unfortunately, once an order has been successfully placed, the products can no longer be modified. We don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts which is provided in each product Images / Details—we have a detailed listed sizing chart for every item listed on our store so that there can be no confusion. If any of these apply, please go to the Contact Us Page Immediately - Fill in your details, your order number, the product details and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as quickly as we can. In most cases we can cancel the order it just depends on how quickly you contact us and how quickly the order is being processed. If the order is already processed then we as Alora & Wilson will and can not be held responsible. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
  • I forgot to use my Discount code / Coupon! Can you adjust my order?
    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our system does not allow for us to add a code and adjust the pricing. Please go to the Contact Us Page Immediately - Fill in your details, your order number, the product details and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as quickly as we can. In most cases we can cancel the order it just depends on how quickly you contact us and how quickly the order is being processed. If your order has not been processed, we would be happy to cancel the order so you can reorder and use a code.
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Make sure you logged into your account (members area) for tracking information provided, it may be that you missed the delivery and need to book a re-delivery. All tracking information should be live in your members area and you should have received an email with all tracking information provided. (Check Spam)(Check if you provided the correct email address and if there is any misspellings). ● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us on the Contact Us Page with your order number and the product details. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • My item came damaged or defective and I can't use it.
    Alora & Wilson is really so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. We hold ourselves to a high standard where you are our main priority. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please go to the Contact Us Page - Fill in your details, your order number, your product details and any other details you may have about your order (within a weeks' time of receiving the product). We will get back to you as quickly as we can to get more information and photos of the damaged product. We will work as hard as we can to get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Any claims beyond the a weeks time will be considered normal wear and tear and cannot be replaced.
  • I received an incorrect item. Can you help me?
    Alora & Wilson is really so sorry if the incorrect product reached your door step. We hold ourselves to a high standard where you are our main priority. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please go to the Contact Us Page - Fill in your details, your order number, your product details and any other details you may have about your order (within a weeks' time of receiving the product). We will get back to you as quickly as we can to get more information and photos of the incorrect product. We will work as hard as we can to get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Any claims beyond the a weeks time cannot be replaced.
  • I changed my mind and don't want the product anymore. Can you help me?
    Once the order is processed we can not make any changes or cancel the order. We are not liable to refund/replace this order. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order / product and it's defective, please let us know by contacting us! We will get back to you as soon as possible asking for photos and will resolve the matter accordingly.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please note that you can track your orders in the members area, all you need to do is log in. Tracking links are sent out via email as soon as orders are shipped which sometime takes up to a week depending on where your order is being made exclusively just for you. We appreciate your patience. Please check your spam if you think you have not received an email containing your tracking information.
